Free Physicals

* Once again, Dr. Buenrostro will be doing FREE physicals for TYF

Date: July 9th @ Noon – 3pm.

Varsity player 12-1

JV players 1-2

Peewee and Rookie players 2-3

Located @ 2330 Colorado Ave, in Turlock.

*** We will also be having sign-us. You can turn in any paperwork or payments at this time as well.

*Sports Physicals are required before the player can start to practice.

*** Please note that TYF does not have a form for the physicals, all we need is a letter from the doctor stating “cleared to play sports” it must be dated 2022.
