If you are part if the coaching staff, here is all the information required, please read and follow the instructions.

* All Coaching Staff members must have an application and signed Code of Conduct on file with TYF. Please print the file below, fill it out, and turn into your head coach.

Coaching Staff Application

For all new coaches, team parents and weigh masters, you must do a DOJ background check thru Ace fingerprinting and be cleared. You only have to do this once, as long as you are active with TYF.

You need to complete and print 3 copies Live Scan Form Bring them with you for the fingerprinting.

Every coach must complete the Concussion in Sports and Sudden Cardiac Arrest courses. These must be done every year. Coaches when you create an account put for school/Organizations: “Turlock Youth Football” plus you must print out the certification of completion and give it to your head coach.

Please note - You will be prompted to create an account, “order” and “purchase” the course, even though the course is free.
